Mangafox has popup viruses.Now, I have 2 addblocks on firefox so I assume I wont be affected, but I am still worried about using it. Kissanime and I think kissmanga got hacked and I believe the ones who hacked them started spreading viruses to the site's visitors.
Not everywhere mangafox started redirecting to mangazone in the same time. This post is 7 days old but for me in Poland it started two days ago. It is STILL possible to connect to that site by proxy (just google "proxy" and you'll find a way), but you have to choose a correct country. For me connecting through Netherlands worked just right.
Dear MangaFox's fans, Since MangaFox's domain was changed to fanfox.net on Jan 30th, 2018, we have received reports from users of Philippines, Thailand, Brazil and India that the new domain would redirect them to the website of MangaZone and they couldn't access to MangaFox.
Mangafox started redirecting to the mangazone app after I blocked all their ads. It might be IP-based because it is still redirecting me weeks later. I used a web proxy (not US, that just blocks most of their manga under the grounds that it's licensed) and the page loads up just fine.

edit: i'm not against scanlators or anything hahhaha please don't mistake. i love them for picking up unlicensed and unknown manga for me to read. and i get them when licensed in english or the raws if i can find english ones. what i'm saying is, readers are illegal and making profit, whereas the scanlators are taking the work of mangaka and ...

I use mangafox to browse, because I like that you can hover over the names of the updated mangas to get an overview of that manga, but if I can read somewhere else, I will. So, mangafox for easy browsing, other sites for easy reading.
