This has probably been the most noticeable decline of Diamond for me. Most of the hotels I go to are great, and the people super helpful.
Does anyone know if the people answering at the Customer Service Line and the Diamond Desk are even employed by Hilton. My guess is that they are sub-contracted and aren't actual employees of Hilton.
