Terrible service. I bought a high end HP E45c G5 DQHD Curved Monitor 1 week ago. I saw an early Black Friday deal with a $300+ discount. “ Most horrible customer service ever. I have been an HP customer for over 10 years and I currently purchase HP ink for my printer/scanner. I had to update my Wifi password and now the scanner won't connect. I know it's a simple fix but HP WON'T HELP a valued customer because my printer/scanner is past their window of customer service??
It took HP support over 3 months and 25 chat conversations to figure out they couldn't help me. Hands down the worst support I've ever received: - Don't speak Dutch nor proper English - Customer Service Agent can not see previous chats, therefore keep asking the same details - Promising to sent me the cable THREE TIMES and than stil not send it
