It is also referred to as doufuhua ( Chinese : 豆腐花 ; pinyin : dòufuhuā ), tofu pudding , [ 1 ] soybean pudding [ 2 ] or, particularly in northern China, tofu brains ( Chinese : 豆腐脑 ; pinyin : dòufunǎo ).
