A person may make repeated applications to the Immigration Tribunal for bail. However, paragraph 12(2) of Schedule 10 of the Immigration Act 2016 requires that the tribunal must refuse to hear a repeated application unless it has been more than 28 days since the last application, or the applicant can demonstrate a material change in circumstances.
