The CONNECT 1 Bus Rapid Transit route officially began June 4, 2023, providing service between Downtown Milwaukee and the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center via Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee and Bluemound Road in Wauwatosa. It was the first BRT route in the state of Wisconsin joined a year later in 2024 by the Metro Transit Rapid A route in Madison.
The Q4 bus route constitutes a public transit corridor running along Merrick Boulevard and the easternmost portion of Linden Boulevard in southeastern Queens, New York City. The route runs from the Jamaica Center–Parsons/Archer station to Cambria Heights near the Queens–Nassau County border.
X- routes are operated by New York City Transit, while BM-routes are operated by MTA Bus Company. All routes operate nonstop between Brooklyn and Manhattan via the Gowanus Expressway or Prospect Expressway to the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel, with some routes continuing non-stop via the FDR Drive to reach Midtown.

Routes 31 and 33 operate between the Friendship Heights station of the Red Line of the Washington Metro and Potomac Park (31) or Washington Union Station (33), running every 10 to 12 minutes between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. on weekdays. In addition, Route 33 operates on weekends every 10 minutes during the day and 15 - 20 minutes after 9 p.m. daily.
