The Dutch Harness Horse, or Tuigpaard, is a warmblood breed of fine driving horse that has been developed in the Netherlands since the end of World War II. Their studbook is kept by the Koninklijk Warmbloed Paardenstamboek Nederland (Royal Warmblood Horse Studbook of the Netherlands) or KWPN .
David Miller was born December 10, 1964, in Columbus, Ohio. He grew up in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, in a harness racing family - his father, grandfather, uncle, nephew and cousin were all drivers. Miller saw his first Little Brown Jug when he was 12 years old. [1] Miller guided No Pan Intended to the Pacing Triple Crown in 2003.
In 2011, Governor John Kasich agreed to allow video lottery terminals at Ohio's seven racetracks. [3] To avoid having Raceway Park compete with its own Hollywood Casino Toledo, Penn National sought and obtained state approval to move Raceway Park to Dayton. [4] The racetrack move was completed in the spring of 2014. [5]
The first heat is split into several divisions, with the top finishers in each division returning to contest the second heat. A horse wins the Little Brown Jug by winning both heats. If a horse does not win both heats, a race off is conducted between the first heat division winners, and the winner of the second heat, to determine the champion.

The first official Miles City Bucking Horse Sale began in 1951, though an unofficial sale was held in 1950. [1]
