Its the holidays. These things happen. Buyers can track their packages on USPS. If the Priority package is later than promised, the shipping cost can be refunded by going to Missing Mail and File a Claim. By filing Missing Mail or a Claim, the search will be on and usually this gets a packaging moving again.
Conversation Maker. 05-26-202107:31 PM. It was probably picked up by the truck that takes parcels from the different post offices, etc. to the closest shorting center. If the sorting centers are short of help packages don't always get scanned, just sorted and sent on their was to destination.
That's happened to me several times and all was fine. It's the tracking that is important, not the status of the your package p/up request. If the tracking shows "in transit", (and details likely show picked up, and other movement) then all is fine. View solution in original post. Translate to English.
10-19-202008:38 PM. My understanding is that you can schedule a pick up through etsy but you are probably better off going through the USPS website. You need to have at least one priority package and the local post office has to have somebody who can do the pick up for you. I usually go to the post office anyways so I rarely schedule pick ups.
Yes, with the Etsy Shipping Labels for First Class letters and flats, buyers can see the tracking information for their shipments. The tracking number provided cannot be used on the USPS tracking website directly (as far as I can tell), but the information shown in Etsy is drawn from the USPS system.

Re: USPS refuses to pick up. 05-31-202008:45 AM. The post office is frequently short handed and may be sending a different carrier several times a week and that carrier isn't getting the message. Call the local post office, ask to speak to the post master and politely explain the situation.
I scheduled a USPS pickup at my new location, just like I always had at my old one. However, for some reason the outgoing packages are still sitting in my mailbox the next day and are still labeled as "pre-transit" in the tracking. It seems as if USPS just totally ignored my pick up request. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
Again, NO! If I ship one item it’s under 2 oz, but I set my default at 3 oz because the fee is the same. I don’t need to even go up to 4 oz unless I have 3-4 items in my package. This specific order was ONE item and the package weighed under 3 oz. I can literally package 8-9 items to reach 9 oz!
