The truth is that the website is an extension of the board of direcotrs and the association of homeowners. Is it possible to write a policy and procedure for websites that would prevent a rougue board memebr or homeowner from taking control of the association website? Our website is set up so that two board members have access to change content.

The trees are all between the sidewalk and the street, and they are slowly damaging the sidewalks. The board's plan is to remove 25 trees per year for the next 5 years. They will remove the tree, grind the stump, and put in a very small replacement tree. The estimate for their plan is $25,000 to $30,000 per year.
