He attended the University of California, Berkeley in 2014 and 2015 and played college baseball for the California Golden Bears. He was named first team All- Pac-12 Conference in 2015. Prior to the 2016 season, he was ruled academically ineligible and transferred to Menlo College .

Ritch Price is an American baseball coach and former player. He played college baseball at Linn–Benton Community College (1975–1976) and Willamette (1977–1978). He then served as the head baseball coach of the Menlo Oaks (1983–1986), the De Anza Dons (1987–1994), the Cal Poly Mustangs (1995–2002) and the Kansas Jayhawks (2003–2022).
After discharge, Renna attended Menlo College before transferring to SCU in 1947, where he was an outstanding athlete while playing baseball, basketball and football. Renna played in the East–West Shrine Game in 1949 and was selected for the All-American team that year. Bill's first year in pro baseball was with the 1949 Twin Falls Cowboys.

He became the first player ever drafted out of Menlo College. [2] Mazza spent time in the Twins organization from 2011 to 2015. [3] During his time with them, he played for the Gulf Coast League Twins, Elizabethton Twins, and Cedar Rapids Kernels. He was released by the Twins on July 22, 2015. [3]
