The following is a list of 7400-series digital logic integrated circuits. In the mid-1960s, the original 7400-series integrated circuits were introduced by Texas Instruments with the prefix "SN" to create the name SN74xx.
The 5400 and 7400 series were used in many popular minicomputers in the 1970s and early 1980s. Some models of the DEC PDP-series 'minis' used the 74181 ALU as the main computing element in the CPU. Other examples were the Data General Nova series and Hewlett-Packard 21MX, 1000, and 3000 series.
The 74S181 4-bit ALU bitslice resting on a page from the datasheet. The 74181 is a 4-bit slice arithmetic logic unit (ALU), implemented as a 7400 series TTL integrated circuit. Introduced by Texas Instruments in February 1970, [1] it was the first complete ALU on a single chip. [2]
HCMOS ("high-speed CMOS") is the set of specifications for electrical ratings and characteristics, forming the 74HC00 family, a part of the 7400 series of integrated circuits. [ 1 ] The 74HC00 family followed, and improved upon, the 74C00 series (which provided an alternative CMOS logic family to the 4000 series but retained the part number ...
The following quotation summarizes its facilities: [T]he SN76477 generates complex audio signal waveforms by combining the outputs of a low frequency oscillator, variable frequency (voltage controlled) oscillator (VCO) and noise source, modulating the resulting composite signal with a selected envelope and, finally, adjusting the signal's attack and decay periods.
DataSheets.com is a searchable database of electronic component data sheets and purchasing information. [1] The website is intended for Design engineers and Electronics purchasing agents. [ 2 ] DataSheets.com was developed by UBM in conjunction with SiliconExpert Technologies .
From April 2008 to December 2012, if you bought shares in companies when Edward A. Mueller joined the board, and sold them when he left, you would have a 81.6 percent return on your investment, compared to a 3.4 percent return from the S&P 500.
