If this is for a server, paste these commands in server.cfg, You can make the names anything you want: botrix bot add Joedirt smart combines. botrix bot add Liberator smart combines. botrix bot add FalconEyeFour smart combines. botrix bot add BornToKill smart combines. botrix bot add HueyJoe smart combines.
the fact that Valve couldnt work with community to implement those bots into the base game is just the most cruelest of jokes - instead to this day we need to jump through all those hoops to play a simple private game with bots

That said, HurricaneBots don't use waypoints, but they're so basic and janky they're not really fun to play against. RCBot2 and Botrix are still the recommended way to go, just stick with maps ...
As said, it won't. It's just to prevent conflicts with game files. If you don't use -insecure, what's going to happen is that you will get kicked out by VAC (not banned, just kicked).
