Well, now I find out you have to "become eligible" to promote items. I have been a power seller in the past, have feedback over 4,100 and excellent feedback/quality/shipping etc. I am willing to pay the fees to promote and cant figure out why Ebay wont take my money. (most business don't refuse to take customers money)

ZERO SALES and yes eBay is making "big changes" and the small OOAK sellers are feeling it! MHO is that eBay want the OOAK sellers to use their auction service which eBay has completely neglected for all these years and has become a scammers and non-payers haven which totally ruins it being an "auction". It's a train wreck or joke as you put it!

There is no code yet. eBay bucks are issued quarterly. The current quarter doesn’t end until 6/30. Ebay will send your code to your email and your eBay bucks and post it on your eBay bucks page on 7/2 or 7/3. If you you are talking about the extra bucks promotion they are currently running, it’s not a code or a discount off your purchase.
