The Heart radio stations have a combined reach of 9.7 million listeners as of September 2024, making it the third most-popular radio network in the UK after BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio 4 and the biggest commercial radio brand in the UK. The total reach for all Heart-branded stations is over 12.9 million.
Heart UK (formerly Heart Extra) is a digital radio station owned and operated by Global as a national version of Heart, and broadcast from studios at Leicester Square in London. On 2 February 2016, Global announced that the station would launch as Heart Extra on national DAB on 29 February.

Heart West is a regional radio station owned and operated by Global as part of the Heart network. It broadcasts in South West England from studios in Bristol.. The station launched on 3 June 2019, following a merger of four Heart stations in Bristol and Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.
