Copenhagen Hospitality College (Danish: Hotel og Restaurantskolen, abbr. HRS) is a vocational college located in Copenhagen, Denmark. The school is Northern Europe's largest school specialising in hospitality courses and Denmark's largest food institute.
In 2007, the college received a $2.5 million gift from Caesar's Entertainment, which in 2005 had been acquired by Harrah’s Entertainment, toward the construction of a hospitality-focused academic building on the UNLV campus. Fundraising for the building subsequently stalled due to a nationwide economic downturn.
The college first opened in 1990 as the William Blue International Hotel Management School. [3] The college was named for Billy Blue, a figure in Australian colonial history.
