The 1990s was the decade when Greek rock culture was at its peak, dominated by bands like Xylina Spathia, Trypes and Stereo Nova. For the first time in Greek rock history, concerts of Greek bands in large venues were sold out. Thousands of fans cheered these groups; Greece was a great place, musically, to live in during this period.
