There are only about two dozen buildings at Porthdinllaen, with the Tŷ Coch Inn at the centre of the village. Mwnt (Welsh:) is an ancient parish in Ceredigion, Wales, 4.5 miles (7.2 km) north of Cardigan.The Wales Coast Path passes through this very small settlement.. The estuary running through Traeth Dulas is that of the Afon Goch (Red River). The Traeth Bach and Traeth Yr Ora at high tide are separated by a rock outcrop called Craig y Sais (The Saxon Rock).
