Leucocoprinus birnbaumii, commonly known as the flower pot parasol, yellow parasol, [2] flowerpot parasol, or plantpot dapperling, is a species of gilled mushroom in the family Agaricaceae. It is common in the tropics and subtropics.
The flowers are large, conspicuous [citation needed], trumpet-shaped, with five or more petals, colour from white to pink, red, blue, orange, peach, [7] yellow or purple, [8] and from 4–18 cm broad. The flowers have four white (sometimes yellow or purple) petals, up to 24 mm long, sometimes with dark veins (especially on the underside).
