The Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) is the governing body for high school activities throughout the state of Missouri. Approximately 580 high schools are members of MSHSAA. The MSHSAA conducts championship-level activities in 23 activities.

The 2025 Missouri Valley Conference Men's Basketball Tournament, popularly referred to as "Arch Madness", is a postseason men's basketball tournament that will complete the 2024–25 season in the Missouri Valley Conference. The tournament will be held at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri from March 6–9, 2025.
