Cap's on the Water sits on the banks of the beautiful Tolomato River. The Seafood here is excellent. For appitisers the Florida gumbo, she crab soup, crab cake or gator tail are really good. For entrees vanilla grouper, shrimp and scallop scampi pasta or the aged rib eye are excellent.
