In spite of the overwork, Kite Liberator is distinct in that it was Umetsu's first attempt to utilize 3DCG animation and a more contemporary style of work. KITE Liberator (カイト リベレイター, Kaito Ribereitā) is a 2008 Japanese direct-to-video adult animated action science fiction film [1] and the second installment of the film series. It was directed and written by Yasuomi Umetsu , who previously directed the first film in the series. [ 2 ]
