The Church of St. Eustache, Paris (French: église Saint-Eustache, pronounced [eɡliz sɛ̃t‿østaʃ]), is a church in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.The present building was built between 1532 and 1633.
Of exceptional height and length, it is one of the largest churches in Paris. In 1871, the church was a meeting hall for members of the Paris Commune. Saint-Étienne-du-Mont (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃t‿etjɛn dy mɔ̃]) is a church in Paris, France, on the Montagne Sainte-Geneviève in the 5th arrondissement, near the Panthéon. It contains the shrine of St. Geneviève, the patron saint of Paris. The church also contains the tombs of Blaise Pascal and Jean Racine.
He later studied at the École des Beaux-Arts, where he garnered the Prix de Rome for designing a military school in 1833. The Church of Saint-Sulpice (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ sylpis] ⓘ) is a Catholic church in Paris, France, on the east side of Place Saint-Sulpice, in the 6th arrondissement. Only slightly smaller than Notre-Dame and Saint-Eustache , it is the third largest church in the city.
