Starting at level 80, Draken Boots become available which offer an additional 3 armor, however they offer 5 less speed than Boots of Haste. It's a very nice compromise between defense and speed. I usually take those. Armor: Golden Boots if you can afford, usually you take Steel Boots during the early levels though.
