Serilingampally, also known as Lingampally, is a major suburb located in the north western part of Hyderabad city, India. It is the headquarters of the Serilingamapally mandal in the Ranga Reddy district of the Indian state of Telangana. [1] [2] It is administered by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). [3]
It is a newly formed constituency, created just before the 2009 general election; as per Delimitation Act of 2002, it was formed from part of the Khairatabad Constituency. [2]
