Kamar de los Reyes (November 8, 1967 – December 24, 2023) was a Puerto Rican actor. He was best known for his portrayal of Antonio Vega on the ABC soap opera, One Life to Live, Raul Menendez, the primary antagonist of the 2012 video game, Call of Duty: Black Ops II, and as White Tiger in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
