Plot. American sailor Captain Crooks (Baker) falls in love with Ynez Montego (Revier), daughter of Don Guzman de Ruis y Montejo (Lederer), who wants Ynez to marry the wealthy Eurasian, Ismid Matrouli (Cecil).
