I said just yeah just order the nfl Sunday package. well she ordered package I thought. she actually ordered pay per day it cost 73.49 for one day. I called and talked to customer support they said oh well too bad basically. I requested to just change it to package. They would not . I am canceling account as of 1 Dec 2022. Loyal customer!!!

Agents over the phone have no influence on this as they go by what the system pulls up as allowed. I would verify you are contacting DirecTV itself directly and not a 3rd party (or the AT&T side). DirecTV does not do support by email. This is also a public forum so never post personal info.

I NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL ADDRESS. The DTV rep on the phone tell you that my service change has to be done by an installer. The installer comes and says that my service change has to be done by rep on the phone. Then I get charge $99 for nothing. DTV doesn't do e-mails because there would be a record of all the lies that they tell you.
Worst customer support ever! I have no signal on a tv that I watch frequently. Tech support by phone was NO help after an hour and a half on the phone. Was told a “technician “ would call to set up an appointment to come to the house. The equipment is so old I’m sure it needs to be replaced.
