Chase–Hyde Farm is a historic property located at 1281-1291 New Boston Road in Fall River, Massachusetts. The two-story main house with a mansard roof was built in 1879 for Abraham & Abby Chase. By 1893 the property was owned by Samuel Hyde, who operated a stock farm here.
Perhaps the most famous property listed within the Corky Row Historic District is the house of Andrew J. Borden, located at 230 (92 before 1896 [2]) Second Street. This house was the scene of the infamous 1892 double ax-murder of Mr. Borden and his wife, which led to the trial and acquittal of Andrew's daughter, Lizzie Borden .

The Algonquin Printing Co. is a historic industrial complex at 1 Middle Street, off Bay Street in Fall River, Massachusetts. Developed beginning in 1891, it was the last 19th-century printing operation to be established in the city. The surviving main building was built in 1902, and the company operated on this site until 1941. [2]
It is a 1 + 1 ⁄ 2-story, wood-framed structure, four bays wide, with a side gable roof that has a front-facing gable with bracketed eave. The house was built in about 1858 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
The building was constructed in 1891 for Thomas Greany, who operated a dry goods retail operation in part of the first floor, while the upstairs housed 15 residential units. In 1896, Rinfret Bros., a clothier, occupied part of the premises. The building is one of Fall River's finest surviving 19th-century commercial buildings. [2]
