The Aliquippa School District is a small, urban, public school district located in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. The District serves the City of Aliquippa. Aliquippa School District encompasses approximately 4 square miles (10 km 2). According to 2010 federal census data, it serves a resident population of 9,438 people.
Aliquippa Elementary School now houses kindergarten through sixth grade and Aliquippa Middle School houses grades seven through twelve and was renamed Aliquippa Junior/Senior High School. Aliquippa High School, built in 1924, would be demolished. The Class of 2009 was the last graduating class from the former Aliquippa High School.

On Thursday, Pennsylvania appellate court Judge Patricia McCullough denied the PIAA's emergency application request keeping Aliquippa down in Class 4A.
