Phillip David Lewis (born February 14, 1968) is an American actor, comedian, and director. He is best known for playing hotel manager Mr. Moseby on the Disney Channel series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and its spin-off, The Suite Life on Deck.

Mr. Moseby then hires Zack and Cody to sneak around the hotel and find out who exactly is Burnaise.
