Michael Vincent O'Farrell (June 2, 1949 – June 6, 1989), nicknamed "Irish", was an American outlaw biker, gangster and Musician who served as the vice-president and acting president of the Oakland, California, chapter of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club (HAMC).

The Hells Angels was founded in the 1940s in Fontana, but Barger formed the Oakland chapter in April 1957. He became the club’s national president, its most visible and voluble figure.
