The Disruptive Behavior Disorders Rating Scale (DBDRS) is a 45-question screening measure, completed by either parents or teachers, designed to identify symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, and conduct disorder in children and adolescents.
The diagnosis is frequently made by treating the initial triggering skin problem and observing the improvement in the eczematous rash. Both the initial skin problem and the id reaction must be observed to make the diagnosis. [5] [6] Not all dyshidrotic rashes are id reactions, but id reactions are often dyshidrotic-like. [2]
An exanthem is a widespread rash occurring on the outside of the body and usually occurring in children. [1] It is usually caused by a virus, [2] but an exanthem can be caused by bacteria, [3] toxins, drugs, other microorganisms, or as the result from autoimmune disease.
Gianotti–Crosti syndrome mainly affects infants and young children.Children as young as 1.5 months and up to 12 years of age are reported to be affected. [9] It is generally recognized as a papular or papulovesicular skin rash occurring mainly on the face and distal aspects of the four limbs.
Tinea is often called "ringworm" because the rash is circular, with a ring-like appearance. It is sometimes equated with dermatophytosis , and, while most conditions identified as "tinea" are members of the imperfect fungi that make up the dermatophytes , conditions such as tinea nigra and tinea versicolor are not caused by dermatophytes.
The disease manifests in many forms, making the diagnosis difficult, but the most common features of this disease involve the skin, joints, and central nervous system. All have a maculopapular urticarial skin rash that is often present at birth (75% cases). It is probably more correctly described as an urticarial-like rash.

The color of the rash is a pinkish purple, and is called heliotrope (after a flower of the same name with approximately this color). On the hands and face, the rash very closely resembles allergies , eczema , fifth disease , or other more common skin condition, but the heliotrope color is unique to the inflammatory process of JDMS.
