The 2024–25 UT Rio Grande Valley Vaqueros women's basketball team represents the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Vaqueros, led by seventh-year head coach Lane Lord, play their home games at UTRGV Fieldhouse in Edinburg, Texas, as members of the Southland Conference.
It served as the home of Rio Grande Valley FC Toros of the USL Championship from 2017 to 2023, and currently serves as the home of the UTRGV Vaqueros football team. The stadium has two stands with orange seats covered with a roof and a capacity of 9,735. The stadium was originally intended to be complete before the 2016 USL season. [3]

The UT Rio Grande Valley Vaqueros football team will represent the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) in U.S. college football as a future member of the Southland Conference in the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS). They will begin play at that level in 2025, after an exhibition schedule in 2024.
