Kokkare Hosahalli Shekh Haider Nissar Ahmed (5 February 1936 – 3 May 2020 [1]) was an Indian poet and writer in the Kannada language. [ 2 ] [ 3 ] He was awarded the Padma Shri (2008), [ 4 ] the Rajyotsava Award (1981) and the Pampa award for his work (2017).
Mysore Ananthaswamy was one of the pioneers of Kannada Bhavageethe in Karnataka. [4] He was a very popular composer and singer of Kannada Sugama Sangeetha.He composed music for several poems and bhavageethe written by well-known Kannada poets like Kuvempu, K. S.
