From what I see here and elsewhere, the companies are completely different. Yet the name is very similar and the typeface and imaging on the Mr. Rooter logo is just about identical. Close enough that if I were Roto Rooter I'd be slapping them with tradmark infringement. I'm sure I'm not the only person getting confused.
