I have recently noticed that I have some small red spots on the roof of my mouth on the soft palate and near the back of my throat. I had a few about 1 1/2 weeks ago and they went away. Yesterday I noticed I had them again (not in the same place as the last ones). My throat has been irritated lately and a little red but it isn't really painful.
I just noticed mine about 2 days ago, when I took a mirror and look inside my mouth and throat. I noticed the back of my throat very red, and the roof had red sores on it , with some discoloring. The reason I looked at my throat, was because I've had some phlegm lately, with just mild soreness, and acid feeling at night while I'm sleeping.
I noticed a small red bump on the roof of my mouth. Surrounding the bump/spot is a hollow red circle/ring. I am not sure what this is. My throat has been irritated lately, nose is very congested. There are other tiny red spots scattered on the roof of my mouth. Can anyone help me figure this out? I am attaching a photo. Thank you, Tony

My main problem at the moment is sore (ish) throat with ear pain, sore hard palate and sore on lip. My whole mouth feels kind of dry and sore, made worse by mainly cold things (they irriated the roof of my mouth and throat. Hi folks, does anyone know what could cause red "lines" in the roof of my mouth? Sometimes they are on my gums too. They don't really hurt, and they come and go. I won't have them for a while and then they come back. No doc seems to know what is causing them, and the other day my dentist noticed them, but didn't know what they are.
Within 2 days I could not even hold a napkin I hurt so bad and couldn't walk and my throat was so sore. The dr gave me a shot, pain meds and told me to come back in 3 days.. When I came back that is when he confirmed what it was and had another dr come in. By then I had the red spots everywhere. My hands and feet even started peeling.
