I did completely my temporary permit resident/tourist visa application at Thursday, May18 and i paid the visa fee and then i made a big mistake after the my visa application, i mistakely cancelled my MY CIC-GC KEY account. I can not open my MY CIC account, so i can not see new messages about my visa application.
I am in US and I locked my MYCIC account by answering all questions incorrectly. I tried linking my existing application to this account and inspite of enteringthe information correctly, it could not find my application. Tried calling +1-613-944-4000 but its supposedly valid only for an application made inside canada.
