Here's the solution - create a new account with CVS and logout after signing in. To avoid cookie issues do the following in incognito browser. Sign in to mychart using your non CVS login. From the menu on the left select link accounts. Enter CVS as your org and login with your CVS creds Now your accounts are linked.

Yea but only because my primary healthcare provider also uses MyChart and it has link organizations setting that allows you to see vitals from another org. Call the store and they will give you the covid help line and they can assist you with remaking a MyChart account. Failed attempt was probably due to incorrect date of birth. Each text result is specific for 1 person. There’s no way to find out who is who if all people used the same mobile number.
Yes, it will show up in MyChart. Lab traffic has probably never been higher so it won’t likely be quick. They state a 1-2 day average, but there’s huge testing volume right now and it’s a safe bet that, like most work places, fewer workers than necessary are available around the holiday.

I was able to add the covid vaccination to Apple Health by: Open CVS mobile app. Tap "Vaccinations". Tap "COVID-19" row under "Your vaccine history". Tap "View vaccination card". Scroll to bottom, tap "Add to Apple Wallet & Health".
