No. It doesn't ask you that. I did research and found out that the way it should have been done is by Schedule H. Of course, I didn't know that when I paid using the 941 form. One suggestion was to fill out a 941-x form and request a refund for the monies paid on 941 and 940 and then fill out the schedule H and pay the tax there.
I just checked with our payroll software company, and the new 2Q 2020 941, with the payroll retention credit, has not yet been published. I hope that meets your needs, as the 2Q 941 is not due for filing until July.

re:941. all payments were paid for forms 941 for year 2020. we have all checks and bank statements to reflect payments taken . we see where twompayments for the second quarter for year 2020 were recorded - one in march 2020 ist quarter and the second recorded in third quarter 2020.
