Megumi Fushiguro (Japanese: 伏黒 恵, Hepburn: Fushiguro Megumi) is a fictional character of the manga series Jujutsu Kaisen created by Gege Akutami.He is a first-year student at Tokyo Jujutsu High, an academy to become a Jujutsu Sorcerer and develop Cursed Techniques to fight against Cursed Spirits, beings manifested from Cursed Energy due to negative emotions flowing from humans.
At the beginning of the story, his power is sealed in 20 mummified fingers scattered throughout the world. Megumi Fushiguro traces one of his fingers to Sugisawa High School. During an attack by cursed spirits, Yuji Itadori eats the finger and becomes a Jujutsu Sorcerer, with Sukuna regaining consciousness within him. [8]
During the Culling Games, Sukuna seizes his opportunity by ripping off Yuji's pinky finger and force feeding it to Megumi allowing Sukana to transfer himself to possess Fushiguro's body, becoming his new vessel. He then kills Megumi's sister, Tsumiki, while possessed by Yorozu, a Heian era sorcerer obsessed with him.
Yuji moves into the school and is mentored in Jujutsu personally by Satoru. He quickly strikes up a friendship with his fellow first-years, Megumi and Nobara Kugisaki. He dies during an altercation with a "Cursed Womb" at a detention facility, wherein Sukuna blackmailed Yuji by holding his heart hostage, but is later brought back to life by Sukuna.

In the film Megumi, who is a photographer, has a crush on Mimura. Megumi takes refuge inside an abandoned house when Mitsuko enters the house and intimidates Megumi. Mitsuko compares their weapons and takes Megumi's stun gun. When she seems to be handing the stun gun back to Megumi, Mitsuko begins to attack her and a brief chase happens.
Upon learning of her disappearance, most of the townspeople head out to look for Megumi, only to discover her lying catatonic in the woods. Toshio examines Megumi and only finds her to be suffering a case of anemia from insect bites, but nothing serious. However, Megumi passes away a few days later, to the shock of her family and friends.
