So what is the title of Fifty Shades of Grey referring to? There are a few options. On the surface, Fifty Shades of Grey means roughly what you think it means: Christian Grey has a lot of facets of his personality. He can go from gentleman one minute to S&M manic the next. The book is showcasing all those shades of Grey's character.

Anastasia wants something more than dating/movie watching/satisfying sexual fantasy. She wants to make love which Grey didn't allow (Ana's way). Even Grey didn't want to sleep in the same bed. Anastasia keeps asking
The English nobles Cambridge and Grey are approached by French agents hoping to induce them to the French cause. Their trust in the new young king wavers, and they then approach Hal's Chief Justice, William Gascoigne, with their concerns.
In the movie Dark Phoenix, we see how Jean Grey got the Phoenix's power. But in X-Men: Apocalypse, she used the Phoenix's power. Dark Phoenix can't be set before X-Men: Apocalypse since. Mystique died in Dark Phoenix. Can someone explain how she used the Phoenix's power if she got it in Dark Phoenix?
At the end of the movie Gothika (2003), Pete Graham (Robert Downey Jr.) arrives at the police office immediately after Miranda Grey (Halle Berry) kills Sheriff Ryan (John Carroll Lynch), both knowing that he was the partner-in-crime of Dr. Douglas Grey (Charles S. Dutton). How did Pete Graham seem to know before seeing the sheriff dead?
