I can’t really say what a “fair” price is, but I bought mine a few months ago, all matching ‘45 AC gun with an original late war Walther scope (sadly not matching to the gun) and field manual, all for $4500.
I might be wrong, but the second one looks like a Gewehr 41. Regardless, as others have stated this 1000% sounds like a scam if it’s being “shipped”. Please do not fall for something like this. If it’s too good to be true, 9/10 times it is Edit: Also interesting that all 3 guns are taken on different backdrops.
Hi, anybody know if a German Gewehr 43 is legal in Chicago? With the assault weapons ban, I know that the M1 Garand is legal in Chicago still. The G43 is the similarish German counterpart, chambered in 8mm, and technically it has a detachable magazine of 10 rounds w/ a 43 in. length.
I found a G43 for sale in Canada. I'm unfamiliar with what to look for, and I'd like to know what a fair price is. My primary reason for buying one is to collect. I'm a huge WW2 history buff, and I would love to have one. Thanks for your input!
If somebody has more money than sense and wants whatever BFG9000 they just saw on Forgotten Weapons, GunBroker is where they're going to go because it is the easiest place to find at least one BFG9000 for sale. Sellers frequently overprice their stuff and sit on it for months before finally making a sale due to the aforementioned phenomenon.
Hell Let Loose is a platoon-based, realistic, multiplayer first-person shooting game for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, set during the Second World War.
Be aware that going prone or mounting on windows/sandbags/furniture removes the gewehr's recoil. You can safely skip the engineers Mauser36 and save your weapon orders and level ups. The Mannlicher is a very good compromise between the Kar98 (higher fire rate) and the Gewehr 43 (a lot more forgiving overall and a non intrusive sight).
I have a G-43 my grandfather brought back from WWII, and when I was searching for information on it, I came across numerous (non-numbers matching) G-43’s in the $1000-$2500 range for sale, depending on condition/date of manufacture/location of manufacture.
Bolt action rifles are actually easier. Because they kill in one shot with a headshot. The Gewehr 43 (and all semi-auto rifles) kill in 2. This is problematic because people usually move faster than the recoil after the 1st shot to the head.
I have picked the 43 Kurz on both Normandy and Berlin. (And keep tranfering both back and forth to be able to have 2 of them on the same campaign at all times) It's still the only gold order weapon in the game that I have felt was worth the battlepass grind.
