Aug. 21—The Centralia Outlets are welcoming a new business. Jockey will have its grand opening on Aug. 31. The business will mark the occasion by offering up to 70 percent off the entire inventory.
Just Jeans was founded by the Kimberley family—Craig Kimberley, his wife Connie, brother Roger and sister-in-law Chrissie. [1] Craig was working for textile and fashion manufacturer Aywon at the time and had discovered specialty jeans stores during a business trip to Los Angeles and San Francisco earlier that year.
He worked from his mother's dining room table during the early days of the Peter Alexander brand. [4] He initially sold directly to department stores. When a store cancelled an order for 2,000 pairs of pyjamas in 1990, he took out a mail order advertisement in Cleo magazine. Alexander received 6,000 orders from that one advertisement alone. [5]

Centralia Township covers an area of 30.6 square miles (79 km 2) and is located in the extreme northeast corner of Boone County. The township contains one incorporated settlement: Centralia. Though the township primarily drains into the Missouri River the extreme northern part drains into the Mississippi River via the Salt River.
