Ys I & II (イースI・II, Īsu I II) is an action role-playing game compilation released by Hudson Soft and NEC for the PC Engine CD-ROM² in 1989 and TurboGrafx-CD in 1990. It consists of enhanced remakes of the first two Ys games by Nihon Falcom for the PC-8801 home computer in Japan.

The soundtrack to Ys II was composed by Yuzo Koshiro, Mieko Ishikawa, and Hideya Nagata. Several music CDs dedicated to the music of Ys II have been released by Falcom. They include: Music from Ys II (1988): Contains the soundtrack to the original PC-8801 edition of Ys II, along with four Ys II tracks arranged by Hiroyuki Namba and one vocal track.
Also included are five arranged tracks from Ryo Yonemitsu, who arranged the soundtrack to the TurboGrafx-CD version of Ys I & II (1989).
