Dr John Edward Greenwood AM is an English-Australian surgeon. He has been head of the burns service at the Royal Adelaide Hospital since 2001. [1] He was the South Australian Australian of the Year for 2016. [2] Greenwood was born in Lancashire, England, and studied medicine at the University of Manchester.

Greenwood is a city in and one of the two county seats of Sebastian County, Arkansas, United States. It is the fifth largest municipality in the Fort Smith, Arkansas - Oklahoma Metropolitan Statistical Area with a population of 8,952 according to the 2010 US Census. [ 3 ]

The Dr. John William Morris Clinic is a historic professional office building at 118 West Main Street in McCrory, Arkansas. It is a single-story stone and masonry structure with a front-facing gable roof. An arcaded porch extends across part of the front, with concrete keystones and quoining.

Devil's Backbone is a ridge in the Ouachita Mountains approximately 4 miles (6.4 km) southwest of Greenwood, Arkansas. The battle was fought on September 1, 1863, in Sebastian County, Arkansas. The Union victory ensured the safety of the Fort Smith garrison until the end of the war.
