VLC Player has been one of the most compulsory software titles on any compute I have had for over 10 years, but now on Windows 11 (Home 64-Bit Ver. 23H2 OS Build 22631.2861) isn't playing ANY audio or video file I have. I have updated to the most current version, and even scoured the internet to find a fix - but nothing.
I'm using Windows 11 22H2, VLC 3.0.20 Vetinari, and JDK jdk-17_windows-x64_bin.exe. I'd already installed the keys and dll to be able to read a bluray disk, and installed the jdk at D:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk-17.
I am using VLC 3.0.11 and I've noticed a recent problem. When I start a video, as it is playing, the video will have a very slight pause every one second or so. The video plays perfectly on WMP and a couple other video players I use.

I have a Windows 11 ( W11 ) computer. I am trying to set up my VLC to display videos on a second screen. Setting up with DIrectDraw / DirectX and using \\.\DISPLAY2 (also tried \\.\DISPLAY1). The video does not show on the second screen no matter what options I use.
I am currently using 3.0.17.4 (Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit) and a few weeks ago the first ProRes 444 files started to make problems while using the VLC player. I am no longer able to see the content (I can only hear it). Right now, there is hardly any ProRes 422 or 444 file left that I can play probably with the VLC player.
