The following is a list of Illinois High School Association member conferences. Schools that belong to these conferences compete with each other on a local level in athletics and non-athletic activities. As of the 2023-24 school year, there are 70 conferences within the IHSA.
Marmion Academy (formerly Marmion Military Academy) is a grade 9–12 Roman Catholic high school for boys in Aurora, Illinois, United States. It is in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rockford . The academy is owned and operated by the Benedictine monks of Marmion Abbey on campus.
IMSA is a member of the Illinois High School Association (IHSA), the organization which governs most sports and competitive activities in the state of Illinois, and began competing in the Little Ten Conference, a subdivision of the IHSA, during the 2021–2022 school year. IMSA's sports teams are stylized as the Titans.

Havana High School competes in the Prairieland Conference and is a member school of the Illinois High School Association. The HHS mascot is the Ducks, with school colors of maroon and white. [3] The school has one state championships on record in team athletics and activities, Boys Golf in 1998–1999. [5]
