Nick Freno: Licensed Teacher (also known as Nick Freno) is an American sitcom television series starring comedian Mitch Mullany that aired on The WB from August 28, 1996, to May 3, 1998. The series was created and executive produced by Dennis Rinsler and Marc Warren who drew on their own experiences as former teachers in New York City.
During his breaks from Nick Freno: Licensed Teacher, he continued to perform his stand-up act around the country. In 1999, he wrote and starred in his first feature film The Breaks as Derrick King. In 2003, he hosted an ABC reality series called All American Girl. [2] He appeared numerous times on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. [citation needed]
During her Friends association, Sibbett had regular roles on the short-lived CBS sitcom If Not for You (1995), playing the jilted fiancée of her former Herman's Head co-star Hank Azaria, and in the second season of The WB's Nick Freno: Licensed Teacher (1997–98), playing school headmaster Dr. Katherine Emerson.
