Urban Angel is a Canadian television drama series, which aired on CBC Television from 1991 to 1993. [1] Based on the memoirs of real-life Canadian journalist Victor Malarek , the show starred Louis Ferreira (credited as Justin Louis) as Victor Torres, a crusading journalist for the Montreal Tribune .
Natalie Denise Walker [1] is an American singer and songwriter from Indiana [2] who first came to prominence as part of the group Daughter Darling. She later launched a solo career and released her first studio album, Urban Angel, in 2006, which was produced by the duo Stuhr (Dan Chen and Nate Greenberg).
Urban re-recorded the song in 2008 for a re-issue of his compilation album Greatest Hits: 18 Kids and released that version as a single that same year. The re-recorded version was a number-one single in 2008. [3] Urban co-produced tracks 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, and 11 with Dann Huff, and he produced the rest of the album all by himself. [4]

It was released on 25 August 1997 as her second single, then was later re-released on 27 September 1999 as the fourth single from her first album, Killing Time (1999). [2] "Angel" did not chart during its original release but reached number 46 on the UK Singles Chart in October 1999.
