Mr. Goodman falls into a coma and dreams of a world where he and Mr. Pickles have switched places. Meanwhile, Mr. Pickles discovers an evil doctor named Dr. Kelton and his wife/nurse planning to kill Mr. Goodman to harvest his organs.
